Ceci n'est pas un Hugo Spritz <br>

This is not a Hugo Spritz

Published

Created a few years ago, the white Spritz (otherwise called Hugo Spritz) is the elderflower-based aperitif that has become ultra trendy on terraces. Here we present to you our version of this alcohol-free elderflower Spritz so you can enjoy it this summer, in a lighter and less bitter version than the classic Spritz.

50 ml of JNPR n°3

20 ml elderflower syrup

60 ml of sparkling water

Mint leaves

Recipe sequence:

In a balloon glass (large wine glass type), add JNPR n°3 and the elderflower syrup . Mix with a spoon, add ice cubes and mint leaves. Top up with sparkling water.
