Here is a revisited recipe for the famous alcohol-free Spritz, a cocktail essential that we have revisited in an alcohol-free way and which comes straight from Italy. Ideal for summer, it will allow you to share a 100% Italian aperitivo in an alcohol-free version, lighter and very easy to make.
30 ml of BTTR n°1
40 ml of Crodino (available at Carrefour stores)
100 ml of sparkling water
A slice of orange and/or a sprig of mint
Recipe sequence:
In a balloon glass (large wine glass type), add BTTR n°1 and the Crodino.
Mix with a spoon, add ice cubes, and top up with sparkling water.
Add a slice of orange or a sprig of mint for decoration.
