50 ml of JNPR N°1
25 ml lemon juice
1 peach
10 ml of sugar syrup
1 egg white
Recipe sequence
Peel and cut a peach into small pieces.
In a shaker, put the peach, pour JNPR n°1 , the lemon juice and the sugar syrup. Crush everything with a pestle. Add an egg white and ice cubes. Shaker
Serve in a coupe. Add a piece of peach for decoration.
