Clementine Smash

Ingredients (for 1 glass)

  • 50 ml of JNPR n°2
    30 ml of sparkling water
    30 ml of clementine juice
    10 ml lemon juice
    20 ml sugar syrup
    10 mint leaves

preparation

In a shaker, pour JNPR n°2, the clementine juice, the sugar syrup, the lemon juice and the mint leaves (whole and previously washed). Add ice cubes. Mix vigorously. Remove the ice cubes. In a glass (short drink) filled with ice cubes, pour while filtering to remove the mint leaf residue. Top up with sparkling water. Mix gently with a spoon. Decorate with a lemon zest.

Ingredients (for 1 glass)

  • 50 ml of JNPR n°1

    20 ml vanilla syrup

    30 ml apple juice

    25 ml lemon juice

preparation

In a shaker filled with ice cubes, add JNPR No. 1, vanilla syrup, apple juice and lemon juice. In a short drink, pour by filtering the ice cubes. Mix vigorously using the shaker. Add a very thin piece of apple for garnish

Ingredients (for 1 glass)

  • 50 ml of JNPR n°2

    30 ml pear juice

    3 pinches of cinnamon

    20 ml sugar syrup

    25 ml lemon juice

    1 egg white

preparation

In a shaker filled with ice cubes, add JNPR No. 2, pear juice, sugar syrup, lemon juice, egg white and pinches of cinnamon. Mix vigorously using the shaker. Pour by filtering the ice cubes into a coupette glass. Add a very fine piece of pear or cinnamon for garnish.
